Our website was over 9 years old and couldn’t do anything about updates or changes unless we contacted our older web designer and having to wait days or weeks for her to get back with us.

We needed a fresh new look and we contact several design firms to bid on our new website. Everyone bidded 3-4 thousand dollars and never asked what we wanted. I called up Bill with Xtreme and since I had Internet at my hotel room he was able to remote into my laptop and retrieve my lost files. While doing my normal duties at my office, one of my office staff went on other websites and got a virus or something. This infection totally disrupted my entire network within hours. I called up Xtreme and they arrived within 2 hours at my location. The tech went to the infected machine first and ran VIPRE software which got everything totally cleaned out. Then he went and installed free software for a 30 day trial which will keep monitoring if the infection comes back.
